Main Goal

I want to get down to 130 pounds. I was always an extremely overweight kid, and actually weigh less now than I did in 5th grade. I lost 40 pounds in high school, but added the freshman fifteen when I got to college, and want to lose the weight again!

About Me

I'm a college student, trying to get my weight back down to what it was in high school! I think by making daily journal entries, I'll stick to my diet. I'm hoping to make friends on here that around my age so that I'm not doing it alone! :-)

hey congrats on the loss. yeah dont worry about your drinks...well do worry about consumption hehe but dont beat yourself up too much because i have been blowing it for the past 2 weeks lol ...i completely lost june...i guess i have to try again for july..its so crazy though because i still had some unhealthy habits back in 2007 and i was 185. now that i have given up all the bad food and drink only water..it seems like its taking forever to get back to that. IM STUCK IN THE 90'S :(...but i do need to start working out again which is something i havent done in the last 3 weeks lol . Hooray for July!

Haha! Thanks! I certainly hope I can. I just got back from the grocery store with all my healthy foods and I plan on starting my workouts tomorrow! Keep up the good work!

yeah i just put up new pics in the My stuff- section of my profile so everyone can the change from 208 to 189..i was wowed lol but yes we definately have to keep it going , the right way..my goal for the end of the summer is 169..another 19 lbs hehe. i lost the first 19lbs Apr28-june 7th so i figure its summer. i can be wayy more active and pace myself by keeping off the first 19 and giving myself 2 months this time to lose 19 more! WHats your plan? and by the way from your picture you look fit to me so dont be too hard on yourself liek i am haha

hey congrats on your 2 lbs..i really wish i weighted what you do hehe. 189 is not fun but its a lot better than what i used to weigh(208) and ive been 230 before so yeh..lol but i still wanna be your weight by the end of july :) how are you doing?

Thanks for the add. Looks like we are both at the 2 lb mark. I am doing cardio and weights and right now I think I am earning muscle rather than losing weight but that will change given effort and time.
