As far as working out motivation.. is it nice weather where you live?? Something I always like to do is combining errands with working out. For instance, if I need to go to CVS or the bank or something and its within walking distance.. I walk there instead of driving. It kind of kills two birds with one stone. And do you have an ipod? I know that was the best investment to my workout!!

Hey Hun!
Yeah emontional eating is horrible, if I have a stressed day at work all i can think about is going to McDonalds and getting that number 11 lol. Im just addicted to eating. Try this though, next time you feel like eating something that you really dont need stop, and wait for 2 minutes. If you sit there after those 2 minutes and still feel hungry then eat it. I do this sometimes and find that after those 2 min i realize Im not really that hungry lol. If you even need anything let me know!
