Hi Connie. I live in Salem and we have had quite a run of snow this year. I see you are from Portland. We are not used to this. It was so deep that my little dog was sinking into it while I took him out to do his business. I trudged through it two days in a row for my workout. It was a fun different way to get some exercise. Still didn't cause me to lose any weight but maybe it will help me not to gain these next few days. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas.

Hey. Good to hear from you. Merry Christmas to you too. I have been absent quite a bit the last month or so but am trying to come back and get going again. You have lost 10 pounds! Way to go. It sure comes off slow and hard huh. Lots of hard work. During my away time I gained but have already taken some of it off. Have a fantastic week.

WOW...it's been a rough time for you. On a good note, gaining only 3 pounds is actually good with everything that's been going on so don't feel guilty about it. Just get right back on track, it sounds like you know what to do so just get motivated and do it. Feel confident that you've lost the weight that you have and you can do it again. We're gonna have these set backs, it's how we bounce back that makes the difference. (See, I'm actually telling you this so maybe I'll listen to myself...haha)Good luck!!
