About Me
There is a quote that I love..."There is a wonderful, mythical law of nature that the three things we crave most in life - happiness, freedom, and peace of mind - are always attained by giving them to someone else." - Peyton Conway March.
I’ve learned much about the power of prevention and plan on doing the small things that will hopefully keep me healthy and alive. I’m looking for people to be accountable to and to help me reach my goals – I’ll do the same for you.

Hey CHAD!!! I wanted to get on here and say HEY! I've had a lot of fun on this site and have somehow managed to help others lose weight while dropping the lbs. I just entered my first competition on the site. I've noticed my journals being featured a few times. Thanks for letting me inspire others to stop trying and DO IT!

You had said:
It looks like the "Wins" section of the site only tallys the "Public Wins" of each person.
However, our competition, Spring into your new Bod, was public, so why wouldn't my Win show up?

Thank you so much :) I hope all turns out ok as the challenge progresses...and if not I'll let you know.
I hope the sleep goal is going well? Who would have guessed it would be so tough! And so easy to slip back into old habits too. I don’t know about you, but I’m happier all round when I get more shut-eye and there probably isn’t much worse than a grumpy, sleep deprived, mum...or dad *wink* :)
Lol! I know...I'm so cheeky sometimes!
Have a great day Chad!

Hi again. Thanks for getting back to me. There were 19 people in the challenge and I removed cassondraragan but her seat isn't showing up as prepaid. Very odd...this has never happened before and I noticed that everything seems to be working as it should in other people’s challenges. I may need to remove others later on and I've promised all those that may be removed a chance to jump back in at a later date so I hope this is an easy one for you to sort out. I could arrange for an experimental removal of another member just to see what happens?

Hi Chad. I’ve got a bit of a problem. My weight loss challenge isn’t counting up pre-paid seats correctly. I needed to remove someone from the challenge but their seat isn’t showing up for them to re-enter the challenge if they wish. Hope you can help.
Thanks.

Alright, thanks again. BTW, it was a public competition.

Chad, I won the Spring into your New Bod challenge that ended March 20, but on my homepage, it says "Wins: 0"
Can you fix that please? Thanks, Tara

Hi Chad. Looks like you and I are battling for the same thing...more sleep! I just recently made that a priority myself because everything in general seems so much harder without it. I never would have guessed that sleep would be a problem...funny how not paying attention to things can cause them to get totally out of hand huh? My sleepless habits just kinda crept up on me, but last week I managed to get 8 hours twice! Lol! I’m aiming for three nights this week :) Your graph sorta hit me when I popped in here which is exactly what I needed, so I’m off to fix up my own profile and make my sleep graph the prominent one too.
Thanks for the wake-up call! Ha!

Hola!
I just saw a comment on a friends page that said something like "diet and exercise are not the way to lose weight and keep it off." WT???? He referred to his stuff... which referred to a website... which turned out to be herbalife. Anyway... what is up with people telling others they don't have to diet and exercise to lose weight?!?!? AHH!!!!
