You name it I've tried it!! They best one for me that's really worked in the past is low carb- high protein and working out! I've tried no food/ bad idea.. Tried cutting out all carbs.. also bad idea. I've tried all natural foods not meat/ bad idea! lol I love meat I just need to learn portion control!

NONE ! Even though I dread doing it.. I always feel pumped and full of energy after I do my cardio
