My main goal is to be healthy. I had high blood pressure which has gotten better. I would like to lose at least 26 more pounds. I know I can do it its just a matter of time. Then it will bee nice to not see a 2 at the start of my weight.

About Me

I am a single mom with three great boys. I work as a medical assistant, I love my job and my boss. She invited the office on a cruise and that gave me the inspiration to get serious about weight loss. I tried diets before but never had enough will power. I did it this time and so far I have lost 45 lbs, Its been slow but I know what I need to do now to keep it up. My friend Michelle told me about this sight and has given my alot of great info. thanks.

Awesome! I am so glad you joined. Now I will have a motivator! I am going to update my stats on Tuesday and get started again. The scale has been creeping back up on me and I need to get it under control. I need to lose around 30 lbs to be considered "just over weight." My goal is not to be obese according to the stupid charts!
