About Me
This is going to be a major challenge for me. I have not stuck with a fitness plan for more 30 days in my life. This is what is needed to help elicit a change in me and my lifestyle.
When you have an annual physical and in the course of talking with the doctor he asks three time if I plan on doing activities this summer to help control the weight, thats a problem. I lost my job back in March and have put on 20 lbs since. I kept telling myself when it gets to 240 thats it, that came and went, then 250 hit and I've seen it as high as 253. This is it. I have hit the pain threshold. I refuse to buy bigger clothes to continue the pattern!! I am ready to get to work. I have not been below 200lbs since 1999. My goals are lofty, but are attainable. Stick around to see what happens.

it looks like your doing a heck of a job at one time i was at 220 it took me a while to get where i am at now but i had a horrible diet. I got into jiu jitsu and stop lifting and done nothing but cardio, but i still ate anything and everything if i had a healthy diet i could have done so much better.

Hey! Hope you are hanging in there! I've noticed alot of people are having a sudden slump! Maybe end of summer blues! I just got over mine...as of today. Finally jumped back in there! Still struggling with my exercise though! Have a great labor day weekend!
