Words of encouragement for a friend.
Being Successful is a daunting task! No One will truly understand your struggle. They will only admire the results!
When you are having bad days remember that a positive thought breeds positive results.
Repeat this to yourself three times……..
Everything comes to me with great ease! Faith, Patience and Persistence.
Even if this statement isn’t true in your life right now you will eventually make it true.

Great job on the loss of 2 lbs. Some is better than none. The best way to help with the temptations of fattening food is to bring your own. It also helps me if I exercise in the morning so that I know my hard work was worth it and will help keep me from the fattening food. I even made it through Thanksgiving with my diet and stuck to my calorie counting.

hey, hun! great NEWS! I lost 4 pounds this past week!!!! I am so happy I think I may cry......BUT this week I am attending a workshop and the menu is absolutely fattening - deep fried calamari rings, jacket potato with spinach and feta filling, fish an chips etc. Its depressing. Any tips to avoid a weight gain? HELP!!!! :(
Hope you doing great....
Nikki

Congradulation on twins, I'm sure they are keeping you busy. I also gained to much weight being pregnant and I only had one kid. I gained a whopping 69 lbs but I have lost that and am working on the baby weight that i didn't loss with baby number 1. You are on the right track I know you can do it.
