I was born and raised in Phoenix, I miss it right now as i sit here freezing in Colorado.hahaha
anyway, hope we can support and encourage each other to be healthy for good! The program im on is phenomenal... the lbs seem to just melt off with very little effort, I think it would benefit you greatly to check it out...I can email you a link if you want, way2healthy@gmail.com
