About Me
I'm happy most of the time, very out going and somewhat sarcastic. :-) I live to see others happy.
The low metabolism runs in my family & if I change nothing in my life, I rest at about 220. Ack! I'm only 5'4" so it is not flattering & doesn't feel good at all. I love to dance, swim, etc and I just don't have the energy as often as I'd like. Besides, a little vanity prohibits the swimsuit. Grrrr. When I do work out in the morning, I tend to eat healthier all day which also increases my awareness of water intake. Jumping up and working out seems to be the key for me, and the rest follows. I am looking for motivation in encouraging words as well as challenges, as I have a friendly-competitive spirit.

hmmm... dancing.. kickboxing.. & :-) wonder what on earth ;-) could be?? lol You make me laugh.
I too had the fighting ones genetics thing. I used to use it as an excuse until they ALL got skinny. My sister lost 60 lbs.. my mom lost 75.. my aunt lost 70. They were all gettin skinny and i was left behind... I guess now its in my genes to stick to it and lose this stuff... I HOPE!!

well u and i are close in weight and the same height so i know what u r going through. i desperately want to lose the weight. so good luck and dont give up.

The challenge is almost over sooooo ....
