Main Goal
I lost 45 pounds about a year and a half ago, and spent the following year and a half losing and gaining the same five pounds over and over again. I want to break through that and finally lose some NEW pounds! I lost the initial 45 with dietary changes, now I'm tossing a half hour of exercise (at least) at day into the mix.

Hi Kimberly. Congratulations on your 45 pound weight loss. Gosh do I know about those up and down weight gains. I'm trying to break through by training for a triathlon.
