Main Goal

I want to lose 20 fat lbs and gain 6 muscle lbs. I want to get back in the exercise habit so that I can have more energy to chase the boys. I also want to find a good work out that can fit into my crazy busy schedule.

I am the lone queen of my house which is full of 1 husband, 3 sons, 1 boy dog, and now 2 boy cats (thanks a lot Mike and Amber). I am a mom during the day and a social worker in the evenings.

I wish I only had 20 lbs fat to lose!! I just joined WW and it's going really well. I've been posting recipes in my Profile!
