About Me

Well lets see I have seen the lighter side of life and fell in love with being able to tie my shoes without have to catch my breath aftwards. Now I am chasing that love that I remeber having for the gym and all the pain that came with it. It is amazing how fast weight can change if you don't watch it, for example in 2005 I was 190lbs. which quickly turned into 270. So for now I am just

Hello! How is the journey going? Let's see if we can burn the scales up for this last week and a half left in July. My goal: 189lbs.
