Hey,
End of the week. just checking in. How did the week go for you? Just keep trying until you reach your goal. Setting small goals and reaching them will keep the long term goal in perspective.

Don't give up.I noted that your profile indicated that you have a relationship with God. May I be so bold as to encourage you to intensify that relationship for in doing so you will receive the strength needed to defeat the weight challenges. Keep the faith...Keep it real and watch God make it right.

Hay there...how's things? I thought I'd pop on over and see how your doing...and it looks like things might be getting a little 'stressful'?

I think we all go through times like these...where our motivation wanes and we seem to be going backward instead of forward...but I think it’s just all part of the process and these times are probably a necessary step in the bigger scheme of things.

Whatever you do, don’t forget the bigger picture and you’ll be back on track in no time :)

Hello Penny60!! Don't worry you can do it!! You can be 145 again even if you have a family. Your whole family should be eating healthy and exercising as well!!
