Hey girl. How is it going? Where did you go anyway? I been cheering/praying for you to get over that 30 pound mark and I just can't wait. So you have got to come back and check in girl cause I am missing you. You are most likely on vacation out hiking and doing lunges and have lost a zillion pounds that you haven't had the time got get around to posting yet. Wouldn't that be soooo great! It is so freaking hard to get the pounds off and one slip and they come rushing back. It doesn't seem fair. Well anyway hope that your day is thrilling and filled with joy. Here is a funny for you;
Larry LaPrise Died
With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the
moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very
important person, which almost went unnoticed last week.
Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote "The Hokie Pokey" died
peacefully at the age of 93.
The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into
the coffin.
They put his left leg in. That's when the trouble started...

Oh, and to tell you that barbecue derailed me this past week. Remember how I said I didn't like it? Tell that to the sixty-two pounds of brisket I ate!

Hey, girlio! Congrats on yet another awesome week! And I love the new pic! I was hoping to give you a little competition this week, but alas, it shall have to wait for next week. Or the next week. Seriously, by the end of October, I might be within a couple of pounds of you! Or December...

Howdy! The funny thing about weight training vs just eating less is that the number on the scale doesn't go down quickly, but you start looking and feeling better. It takes 4-6 weeks before your really notice (or so I've read). I'll let you know if the low carb weight lifting program pays off. If not I will switch to just eating a little less. Thanks for the encouragement, and congrats on your amazing progress! 28 pounds?!?!? WOW! :)
