Main Goal

I am wanting to lose at least 80lbs. I gained a bunch during just the coarse of having my children and it has never come off. I would like to tone up as well.

Previous Diets

Worked out in High School and did 3 days aerobics and 2 days weight training with football team, Worked wonders! But than again I was 16! I am now 31 and of course don't have the training room that the football team had lol. But I lost 65 pounds than and feel I can do that again if I can just get myself motivated to exercise, because I don't eat much so to speak.

About Me

I just had my 13 year Anniversary on April 15th, and have 2 wonderful children ages 12 & 9. But I live in a small town in WV and a friend of mine that is already on here suggested this site to help me out! So I really hope to meet some people that I can help as well as them help support me! And now I know I will totally need support cause since I joined this I haven't even got myself motivated at all to exercise! Please help!!!!

Just to mention my one big problem I know I'm going to have is I don't eat any vegetables!!

Hi how are you? sorry havent been on lately had my kidney transplant i actually came home from the hospital and weight my self and i actually was up 3 lbs before having surgery but i am not doing bad i have started to walk and i am down 12 lbs in the last 2 weeks

Hey girl! I thought I would drop a note. Remember to take it one day at a time. Sometimes when we try to focus on the whole thing it can be overwhelming! Just put on a smile and your shoes and go for a nice walk. It always makes me feel better!

way to go at recording a more recent weight! It sucks recording a gain, but its a start! Make that line go down from here!!! :D

I like to add veggies to things that I already like. Like one of my favorite dinners is a frozen meal called "Chicken Voila," and I add extra broccoli. Or throw grated carrots into marinara sauce. Or add them to smoothies...

Anyway, I'm still a little sketchy on the veggies, but my fruit intake is quadrupled since joining this site. You'll find a ton of helpful hints...and you might even find an exotic veggie that you adore!

I was going to ask, did you get married seconds after your 18th birthday? 13 years and you're only 31. Wow, that's great. This November it'll be 15 years for my and mine. I'm hoping for a little get-away. We'll see. For sure I want to be done losing weight by then, so that in itself will be a reward!

What are you doing for work-outs? Are you having better luck with getting up and staying up in the mornings now? I just love the feeling of getting the work-out done, and if I could, I'ld do it in the morning everyday, but I homeschool my kids, and mornings are chaotic. So I run in the afternoons and try to do the weight training in the morning on opposite days (as long as I get up before my 19 month old.)

You'll have to do a more current weigh-in. That February one is old news now.

yea me and my mom do the walking video they seem to help. I m going to ask the doc like about running a couple weeks after the surgery but. well i got to go thanks alot talk to you soon...

I would like to lose 25 before the wedding which is 2 months I know i could have done it but now I m not sure two weeks from today i am having surgery i am donating a kidney to my uncle and i cant work or do any work outs beside walking for a month so I plan to walk like 10 miles a day seeing i ll have all day to do nothing :) soooo

my dvd's have done the exact same thing... they disappear right out of the blue! It's almost like a test.... if something interferes with your exercise, you can't let it get the best of you! Get some in anyways.. even if its dancing like you did! Just keep a'movin! :D
