About Me

I LOVE to motivate people. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant, a Personal Trainer, and a Pilates Instructor (certified but not teaching). I am currently studying for my yoga certification.

Last year, I lost 30lbs on a weight loss challenge. But stressful and disheartening situations enabled me to regain most of the weight back. This year I am back stronger and more determined than ever.
