Holding steady! Must be Christmas time. Enjoy your holiday cause afterwards I am going to ramp things up and give you a run.
With being sick and getting a new scale my weight is up....but that motivates me more. Watch out I am coming for you! ;)

Well, none of this is going to do me any good unless I'm honest so... My workout today was not going good until just now when I got your comment. I have been super busy today and just didn't want to. When I saw your message I knew that unless I put up and shut up I won't get anywhere. I hit the deck and did a set of 20 push-ups (not easy on an "ate too much today" full stomach) and will do 4 more sets before bed. I'm downing a glass of water and might even go for a jog. I know you didn't mean to jump start my @$$ but thanks for caring. It's nice to know that I've got friends. I suppose that's why AA meetings work so well. A support group keeps you accountable for your actions (or in my case, inaction). Again man, thanks.
