Main Goal

My goal is to lose weight and gain muscle. I would like to hit 190 lbs. for the second time in my life. I got there once in my life and just kept growing (uh...going).

Previous Diets

Tuna and exercise. I actually made it from 285 lbs. to 214 lbs. and kept it off for about two years.

Favorite Workouts

Cardio (I LOVE the Nautilus TreadClimber!!!) I need to improve my prowess at lifting weights, though.

Things To Do Before I Die

obviously, be 190 lbs. and stay there as long as possible. Rock climb, white water raft, and have a national release in some genre of music.
