Hey Care, thanks for stopping by & the compliments :) I am feeling a lot better too, my trainer is really good and knows what I'm going for and I never realized I could get there this fast. Couple more months and I think I'll have accomplished more than I ever thought I could with my body. He's also training me for a figure competition sometime for the end of this year that I'm looking forward to. A little nervous but I'm sure any new person going into it is.
How've you been doing? Still doing the KickBoxing? I would love to still do that, need a fun hobby!

There is nothing wrong with 3 times a week crazy girl! ;) That's awesome still! Glad to hear you are still enjoying yourself. Yeahhhh, I would love to workout at home still but I've gotta hit the gym and get my butt beaten by a trainer if I really want to tone my body so I'm gonna get out of the house and make my trainer really whip me into shape! I think I'll be starting in 3 weeks there. I get a huge discount there so I'm going to take advantage of it! =)

Hey Care ... Hows the Kick Boxing coming along? I still haven't joined for it yet. I'm just going to join the gym I used to go to here for the winter instead. The have a heavy bag there so I might just spend some time with that right now. Hope you're still having fun with it!!

Nice job with the exercise!
You could also get a pedometer and make sure you do 10,000 steps a day. That helped me a bunch. It keeps you honest. It helped me identify which days I was slackin. Sunday was the worst for me. I'd sometimes only take 700 steps in a day!!
