my goal is to start losing some weight so when my son asks to go to the park i can go without being tired and worring about what others think all the time.

About Me

I'm a single mother of an 8 year old active boy. i was always fit until an accident in 2003 at which time i went from 160# to 220# because i had to stay in bed for most of the time. the weight gain caused a bad depression and the depression turned me to more food. today i am 247.0# and have no energy to do the things i should with my son. he plays sports and im the fat mom sitting on the side lines instead of cheering on my child.
