A new week and I hope everyone strives to be a few pounds lighter. I moved up to third from fourth place with only a two pound loss. You can do it. Come on alikat, tragan 3065,and Peter pass me this week. Lynne

Ok you all. We have to keep going. I have been in a HUGE 3 week slump. I finally am ready to be back on track! We can do it, not much longer!

No need ot worry about back sliding. Just get right back on and you will be fine. I try to not ever get to far from my daily goal. Occasionally, I do slip and consume more than what I want but just remember that one day does not defeat you. When you feel defeated it is all over. Lynne

hello- Yes, I posted my weight from August. I knew my weight because we had just come back from vacation and I could not believe how fast the pounds can pile back on.LOL-- It takes so long to lose and than a couple of cheat days and I am back to where I started. It is a cycle I am trying to break.... Valerie

soonfit, Make sure that you post your beginnig weight and you will be amazed at the difference. I post my wight when I find that I have lost some lbs. I try to keep track of my exercise, which by the way is just as important as lbs lost, and post them when I want.

Tootsie-- I wanted to ask you a question. You said you were a diabetic. Are you following a diabetic diet? Valerie

So I had a really crappy week but hopefully I can get back on track tomorrow! And maybe, just maybe I didn't gain...gonna check in tomorrow on that. Seems like alot of us are in a slump but we still have time to pick up the pace for the last bit.

Congrats Tootsie on your weight loss. I have been trying to eat less and excercise more since I joined this site. I have been posting my weight daily and have not seen much fluctuation.
