I've been hitting the exercise pretty hard and hoping to make some progress. Did some strength training that left me mighty sore. Looking forward to Friday as an off day. Anyone else finding new momentum with the new year?

Well lori- i plan to be @ zero w/ ya...i'm off to the gym today...didn't make it there yesterday but thankfully i still managed to loss a little bit more.

Welcome Mary. Hang in there and keep trying to find the things that help and motivate you. It is just crazy hard.

I am finding some good umph these days. I was bad, good, bad, good etc. during the holidays and ended up 10 from my lowest weight a few months ago. But the tales not yet told as I am really kicking things up to high (no extra-high) and making some real progress. I may even be at zero by next week. LOL. I do hope the new year finds everyone motivated and successful.

Well I will weigh myself tomorrow at the gym when I go. I hope that I am not to far off from where I am. It is weird because I got feed up with what was going on with my weight. The fact that it was not moving and I was eating really well. Then I decided to screw it and I was eating crappy and I was still working out. I then started having people ask me if I was loosing weight or not. I guess I may not have been eating enought and my body was holding on to everything. We shall see how this is going. Oh yeah I have a 5k on the 17th. Wish me luck, I have been doing a good job!

hey all- i just joined today, and noticed when i went back to enter my weight oct. 1st i've starting in the negative..oops. well i'm here b/c like most of you i've been trying this for a while now...unlike most of you i'm not really getting anywhere. so here we go again. my b-day is may 22, and i'll be 30! i'm really trying to stick to my old goals and be 159 by that date, even though i'm 10 lbs. heavier at this point then i should be, but i'm still gonna shot for as close as i can.
anyway..hello new faces and it's nice seeing some old faces too.

k, so I'm "back" after about 8 weeks of slacking and struggling I've got to get back in the groove! I was able to exercise today and have been eating well so far today. I majorly bummed though, b/c in my hiatus i gained 12 of the pounds that i'd lost! So here's to a healthier spring.

Not doing so great on the eating, (rather not eating so much that is.) Am working hard with the working out though. Getting two workouts in a day and I think it is making me hungerier. Back to working too so much more going on to fill up the day. Today I just ate badly. Disappointed with myself and afraid to get on that dreaded scale.

okay so it really quiet out there. I don't know if people are getting mad at themselves like myself and are staying away from the site or not. I just find when we were talking more between us, I was doing much better. I feel like I have let my eating habits go down the tubes because the scale is not moving. I really need to get back to it but I just need help. who else needs help out there? I am here to help too!!!
