About Me
Hi I'm Casey. My nick name is CreamPuff hehehe I happen to get this nick-name because I was a baker/cook at a hotel restraunt in a small tourist town. I made and delivered creampuffs regularly. Now I am a bartender in this same town for almost 4 years . My nick-name turned from a cute name to.... ya she looks like a creampuff!! AHHHHHH ok so I have gained 50 pounds since I have been working there. I don't feel like the same person anymore and I feel weak!! I am very ready for a change. I have been through this before after I had my first child I had gained a whopping 110 pounds!! I looked in the mirror one day and didn't recognise myself. So I jumped head first into trying to live a healthier life. I lost 100 pounds!! YEAH !! but unfotunatly over the last 10 years I have almost gained all the weight back. I have a ton of determination to lose weight and improve my health so here goes.......

Hi. It looks like your doing great! I'd love to know what your strategy is? I'm counting calories this time around and it's pretty hard to get used to that’s for sure. I'm two weeks into it and I still have my hungry days...hopefully I'll get used to the reduced amount of food real soon though.
50 lbs by March next year is your goal so keep on keeping on!!

Oh I know exactly what you mean, but working all day does help with the eating part since I don't focus on food. But a job is still stressful lol. I just try not to think that i'm on a diet, and just trying to be healthy. I'm doing pretty good with my first week, splurged a little, but that's ok! How are you doing?
