You are doing very well. It seems the weight should drop instantly when we try harder each day. I sometimes feel like Garfield that I could just scream at the scale and call it a liar ;)

When starting on your journey to weight loss make sure you are doing it for yourself. You will be the only one battling with your bad habits and no one else can defeat them but you.

Sorry It took me a minute. I have been out of town. For all around fat loss the elliptical or treadmill will always work. Try working on the tread mil for 30 minutes (Setting @ 8 for incline and 3.5 for speed) and do 30 minutes on the elliptical. If you can do this 5 days a week great, but at min get in three days.
