Previous Diets
I have joined Bally's and local gyms, but never remained consistent. I have tried to eat healthier, but I seem to eat out rather then preparing my own meals. I have also done work out tapes and outdoor activities, but as I said it is not consistent.
Favorite Workouts
I love outdoor activites like hiking, walking, basketball, tennis, and more. I love dancing of all kinds.
Things To Do Before I Die
Make my goal weight and to travel to other countries. Have a family of my own and a loving mate.

Hey there! Thanks for your post! I see that we have a lot of music and TV shows in common... Question - what is dance ball?
Glad to see you're walking more -- that's the best way to start off, coupled with cleaning up the diet and intaking tonnes of water (have a look at my journal and scroll down for the water article I put in there!). Good luck and let's help motivate one another in here!
