Thanks for adding me to your friendship list. Would you like to join in a private challange and be each other's motivators? Let's see who can go the longest, we will exercise at least 30 minutes a day without breaking the chain. See who can build the longest chain! If you choose to increase -- no problem. Just earn your "X". See my journal "The Steinfield Chain". Report your progress each Sunday at bobi@orderlyoffice.com

Hi sweetheart... i see ya had a gain last week.. but after thanksgiving i cant say that many of us didnt.. so no worries there! :) Just get back at it and start losing again. I know you can do it! :)

ALSO... can i ask that you record some stats other than weight.. like calories... exercise time.. miles.. stuff like that ?? It would help me be a better movitator for you if you could do that.

Have a great week! :)

Ok, so getting back to what motivates you. I see above that you want to get in shape so that you can be there for your son, well try thinking about the things you tire out of or just can't do with your son, or what you wont be able to do with your son in the future if your not healthy. will you be able to play a game of soccor or football? will you be able to teach him how to play baseball? What about being healthy for your son do you mean? Try to question yourself during meals or snacks if this is worth not spending time with your child in the future. Or is it worth not being the roll model you want to be. Sometimes it's those questions we ask ourselves that remind us why we started to begin with.
You can do it. You've done so well so far, keep it up..

Hey, Your doing so good. Keep it up. Are you getting any exercise in?
Ok so here's something to think about. When choosing what your going to eat try to stay away from foods that have long self lives. Think of a bagel for example. Think of how long it takes that thing to go bad, it's a long time.. Now think about how hard it is for your body to try to digest that. The longer the self life the hard it is to digest. The longer foods in your stomach the more likely its gonna turn into fat.
Keep up the good work.

Hi! Thanks for the friend request, and for all your help with fixing the weight thing. I finally go it figured out and it now reflects my current weight and doesn't accuse me of having gained another 5 pounds! :) Anyway, thanks again, and good luck this week, make it a GREAT one!
