Our biggest challenge seems to be burning calories. Here is my helpful tip of the week, this week - Burning Calories:

Drink COLD Water - Evidence shows that your body might expend more calories trying to raise cold water to the temperature of your body then hot beverages. And overall being well hydrated will help your body's metabolic processes burn quicker.

Where has all the Leptin gone?. Here is my helpful tip of the week, this week - Metabolism:

Leptin levels decrease as you diet, fooling your body into producing more leptin is as easy as introducing a blast of fat or sugars at random intervals. Have a snickers every now and then...the miniature ones of course, or some other treat like frozen yogurt with a dab of chocolate sauce!

Fruits contain 90-95% water, which have a diuretic effect on the body and help eliminate the toxins and nitrogenous wastes from the body.
