Calorie-counting (worked very well, but I got lazy); low carb (I nearly died of lack of happy food); high protein (this worked well but then I got tired of chicken and moved away from a Sam's Club).

Don't let the winter blahs get you down! I hope your stretching and yoga can keep you energized even when the temperatures are sub-zero! It's a tough battle, especially in New England, but we can do it!

Thanks for getting me into Weightlosswars. Keeping track of what I'm eating and knowing that I have to report my calories keeps me disciplined. Exercise is still spotty, but eventually I'll be celebrating a 5-pound weight loss too!
