About Me

It's not to late? At 49 I imagine what it would be like to feel good about my body and health again. My goal is to lose weight by challeging you to a fitness contest.

Join my challenge "The Seinfield Chain" see my Journal for details. Feel free to add me as your motivator and I'll request you as my motivator. We'll motivate each other! Let's Go!!! Don't break the chain!

Just for fun I have added some interesting tips in my "Recipes" that I've come across in WLS from one friend to another. Sugar Problems?, Energetic Drink, and Think Before You Chew. Have a great successful day!

Hello,
I just returned to WLW wars and have really been slacking. Like you said its not too late though. Come back and join us. There is definitely strength in numbers when we are all together pushing for the same goal.

Hey...what's happening over this way? The Seinfeld thing kinda died on me. I've been suffering with an injury to my knee for weeks now but it looks like it's finally on the mend so I might be able to make another start on it soon.
I hope you’re still with us and making some ground with your goals...pop in some time and let me know how you’re doing :)

Hey , how are you doing? Great I bet. I try to workout 30 min. a day., 10 min in morning, afternoon, & night. I do something different w/each workout so they do not get boring and I do not over work the same muscle over and over. This helps me have energy after each 10 min w/o , and is easier on my knee that got hurt yrs ago. Never give up on what your goal is. Keep believing in your self and in what you deserve out of life

Hello, It has been a while since we talked. I started the South Beach diet and have lost 8 lbs so far. I am on phaseI and will stay there until I lose 20 lbs then go to phase II. It is not a hard diet to follow, just no carbs and no sugar in Phase I. You get to add 7 grain bread in Phase II and a few other things. I like it because it is teaching you how to eat all over again. next time we talk, I should be down by 15 lbs
Good luck,
Sue
