Hey Krysta, how goze it? I know,I drop in & out but U know my story, sadness keeps me down but on a good note, I'm hosting an international exchange student (Ana/Brazil) & she is a jewel. She's 15 & has been in ballet since age 3 and has been in the jr olympics and is very athletic. She has been forcing me to walk and now she is forcing me to go to the gym. What a God send, ha! My daughter came home & left again so that's had me down but Ana loves me and she doesn't let me stay locked in the room. Go figure. Good to see ur still keeping up the good work.

Krysta,
I understnad your busy schedule. I work a full time day job, then I also work as a tech in the ER. I spent 23 years in the AF, the last 18 as a medic and I'm trying to get my mind set to finish my prereqs and get in to nursing school myself.

I wish you the best of luck on ALL your endevors.

Have a great HEALTHY day.

hey kryasta-
i do understand. my hubby has been working what they call an outage. 12 night shift (10pm-10am) for about 4 wks. now, and there's still 2 more wks. to go. which leaves me to do everything w/ all 6 kids and still run my oart time cleaning business. and he's now gone at the time i use to run to the gym in the morning at 4:30 the really only time that i can manage to get in an 45 min-an hour workout. so needless to say there are some days where i still eat like crap and when i'm not getting an workout in at all.
however, the way i look at it and i've been doing here and there still but as of today i'm going to do it every day, is eat right, i'm sure in all the craziness of life we'd both feel better if we ate right! as for the exercise the passed couple wks. i've at least gotten up to do abs (i have an 11 min. video everyday, except sun.) and weight training 3 days a wk.then atleast once or twice a wk. while my kids do gym and swim at the y i walk/jog the track while i push hannah.
i understand you so well, i've been at this site for 18 months now, i should of been at goal a long time ago, yet for some reason i still have about 35 lbs. to go.
so no more excuses eat right, buy some prepackage so you don't have the "no time"excuse. get up a little earlier or something even if it's just a 20 min walk something is better than nothing, plus it's a great distresser and you'll feel better.
hey join my comp. if you'd like "fall"ing lbs. it's just me and sandy for now. but we chat everyday. or just continue to let me know how you do every day and i'll do the same for you. and believe me i ate like CRAP big time yesterday, and i've got a wedding i'm i dec.2 that i bought a dress a size smaller and i have no other opt. i'm in the wedding. opps. so come on pick your butt up w/ me and let's kill this thing once and for all!

Just checking in on you! You look gorgeous, girl! Your graph cracked me up-- but y'know it's only a 4 pound range that you're bouncing around in... and the point is... you look amazing!
