Still, your little jump is only half of what you lost last week, so you still have a net loss of two pounds in two weeks. Keep up the good work! (I can spin anything ~ looking for the silver lining, as it were!)

I'm back on my teensy bit of motion kick. I hate it! I'm going to try to do sooooo well this week so I can have a good loss before Thanksgiving. Maybe that will give me the motivation to do well the week after. My exercise is finally on track, but I keep feeling hungrier and hungrier. Grr. Just something I'll have to fight all my life, I guess.

Have a wonderful week, and I hope work gets a little less stressful. Take care of you!

Whoa! Big giant drop! Tell me everything! What did you do?! I need your success - but don't really want to put a lot of effort into it, so can you keep that in mind!?

I actually typed something exactly like that in my first post about your party - I LOVE giving parties, but don't like my own. Then I thought you might think I was suggesting we should dread birthdays because we're getting OLD. And nothing could be further from the truth! I just like to be able to celebrate without being the center of attention!

I hope you're able to get back in the swing of things. I WILL be praying for you. I think prayer is making a big difference in my own journey, so I'll believe it will do the same for you!

Just checking in! How are things going? Looks like you've got two weeks before your big birthday! How's it going to go?! Are you going to have a big party?

Love the new pic! You guys look really happy!

I started the South Beach Diet last Sunday. My body was just holding onto weight - I'd been doing so well with what I was eating and my exercise, and still I just kept gaining. So I figured I could fool it with something new. And it worked! I have one more rather restrictive week on what I eat, so I hope to have another loss before I lose momentum.

Thanks for noticing!

WOW!!!! 6 pounds. I need that. How did you do it?

I'm doing REALLY well, Holly! Thanks for asking! And way to go on taking those extra pounds off quickly! Is it getting back into your routine that's helping?

I started South Beach phase one on Sunday, and even though I didn't honestly expect it to work, I'm staying on track so far! I'm not going to say it's the cure for me, but I'm really doing well with what I eat, and I FEEL like I'm losing weight. Does that make sense? I swore to myself that I wouldn't get on the scale until Sunday, but every day feels a little lighter. (That's gonna come back and bite me in the butt when I've gained another pound this week, isn't it?!)

Keep up the awesome work! Enjoy your weekend, too!
