I want to walk into the room and have people notice! I want to feel better about myself and my appearance. I hope that if I lose some weight, I will have an easier time getting pregnant.

jen- i've been to that place too and it really isn't fun. have you thought of joing any comps? i'm in 2 of them. i like the short term ones i think it's harder to get off track when you know it's going to end soon. i'm in "feel good and look great" i think it end in the middl of june. then i'm in another one that doesn't end till the beging of next year. i don't think your goal is unrealist it just means you need to get on the ball!
our states our similar so maybe if you can do it, so can i , right now i want to hit 159, then i'll work on lowering my goal, but when i started at 212, anything lower just seemed too far away.
keep up the good work, just logging on shows something.

Hi Jen...I'm not doing very well at all. I've lost all motivation so it seems *sigh*. I'm trying soooo hard to get back up but it feels like I'm hitting my head against a wall. Lol. I'm sure something will come along and zap me back into moving...*fingers crossed it happens soon* Right now I'm trying to think of an inspiring goal...one that excites me, but my minds a blank.

How are things going for you? I just took a peak at your graph and it looks like you haven’t weighed in for a little while now so I hope that everything is still moving in the right direction? Don’t you worry about the scale not moving at all if that’s what happening...believe me, better no movement at all then a gain...so just keep on keeping on and you’ll eventually out smart that scale :)

Yeah I haven't really had a whole lot of time for anything lately. The baby's fine, growing like a weed. lol I haven't lost anymore weight yet but I keep working out as much as possible.

Honestly, I haven't done anything different. I've just been way busy and actually getting off my butt and doing stuff. lol I haven't been eating as much either. Thanks bunches though!

Everything seems to be going pretty well right now. I'm joining a gym Monday...maybe you've heard of them Contours Express. It's really cool! You only have to work out 30 minutes 3 times a week and it's proven that you'll get results. I can't wait to get started. Now if only I can keep the motivation to stay there! LOL How are things for you?

Well look at you! 13 lbs gone! I’ve put on a stack of weight but I’m finally feeling ready to shift it so I went and joined the Spring Fling challenge. Let me know if you plan on joining a challenge now that your back and I’ll jump in there with ya. Keep up the great effort you’re putting in...you’re not that far away from the 20 lb loss mark! Only 7 more lbs!
