Hi, doesnt look like youve been on here in a while... whats new??? did you reach your goal??? I came on here for support, but I actually can help you if you want to have more energy and loose a few pounds... i have little ones too and It would be nice to be around for them and be able to keep up... anyway, if you are interested in being healthier, I have quite a bit of useful information... let me know.

For cereal Jeff :) - sugar cereals are such a weakness of mine, and when they are a buck a piece at smiths, how can I resist? I'd definately have to go on a good long run before that party!

By the time i need to hop into a swim suit i want to have droped 15 lbs, which gives me about 2 weeks. running and weights is the key thing for me right now. what are you doing? wanna get a little competitive? and dont laaugh at me cause i cant spell
