Hey thanks for the add. I look forward and working to getter to meet our weight lose goals. Are you doing anything that work now??

You are doing very well. It seems the weight should drop instantly when we try harder each day. I sometimes feel like Garfield that I could just scream at the scale and call it a liar ;)

Thanks for adding me to your friendship list. Would you like to join us in a private challange and be each other's motivators? Let's see who can go the longest, we will exercise at least 30 minutes a day without breaking the chain. See who can build the longest chain! If you choose to increase -- no problem. Just earn your "X". See my journal "The Steinfield Chain". Report your progress each Sunday at bobi@orderlyoffice.com

OH, someone has an e-mail notifier LOL. Me too! Very convenient, better than checking for messages that aren't going to be there :) That's good to hear that you are doing better and recovered so fast. I have tendinitis also but not as bad as how yours sounds. It's in my wrists and then apparently I have carpel tunnel in my shoulder, bleh. So much fun how our bodies like to give us problems huh. Anyway, I'm off to bed, nice to hear from you take care :)

Hi zapper, I'm just coming by to check in on you. Haven't seen you around in quite awhile. Everything going okay for you? How's your recovery coming along? Take care and talk to you soon hopefully :)

Hey, I've started a free challenge that starts June 5th and ends August 31st. Create your own goal and we'll reach it together. If you can't join for by June 5th, that's okay, you have until June 15th to join. No cash prize, just friendly bragging rights. Come see my page if you're interested. We can make it happen if we do it together! Good Luck!

hi jzapper - how is the healing coming along?

When I said lightweight I wasn't talking about my weight. You are serious about pushing yourself physically.
Anyhoo, hope your body's being more cooperative.

Hope things continue to mend. I'm a lightweight compared to most who are in here. But being around people who are concerned about their health is a source of encouragement for me. Hope I can be a source of...whatever for them, you included. Take care
