Main Goal

To lose as much weight as possible and get really toned. I want to be that girl that everyone looks at and wants to be like. I used to be that person but than I started gaining weight and it is time to change it because I am very depressed about it. I had to do something to help push me and I found this site.....Fingers crossed that I lose it (i know i can)

Previous Diets

Well honestly I don't get hungry very much so I rarely eat. About a year ago I went on this diet with my parents and I started losing weight on it. It's just a basic 6 small meals plan where you give your body what it needs. I am going to get on that again and work out a whole bunch and hopefully the weight starts falling off!!

Favorite Workouts

Umm I love weight lifting, I love being toned and suprising people (mostly guys) when I can actually lift stuff and I'm not totally weak and useless. Boxing gets out a lot of anger and I am having fun with that (I just started). I need to get back into running because that is really good for you.

Things To Do Before I Die

I would love to go sky diving, I have always wanted to but very scared about it. I want to go to Jamacia. I want to get into really really good shape. Shoot I don't know there is so much that I want to do.....

Favorite Activities

I love going out and having a good time, seeing and trying new and different things. I am again a very outgoing person. I love having fun!!

Favorite Music

I listen to a lot of rap and music like that but I really do listen to just about anything and everything. I love singing and yes I am good at it so...it realives a lot of stress too. I listen to music all of the time. I would be very lost without it.

Favorite Movies

Shoot...some of my favorite movies are the Dirty Dancing ones....I have a lot of favorite movies. I love movies as well. I have movies that mean things to me for different reasons.

Favorite TV Shows

Law N Order, CSI....anything really good. I'm not big into just watching tv, i'm usually pretty busy that I don't have time to anyway so I may start really liking a show but its very doubtful that i'll be able to watch the whole serious or anything like that.

Favorite Books

I'm not much of a reader to tell you the truth. Books have to be really really good for me to be able to read the whole thing.

Other Interests

basically just anything and everything- i love cooking, decorating, shopping, working out, just being involved. I'm a busy body and hopefully this weight starts coming off so I can get back to being my crazy self!!

I totally need to sleep more! I've been waking up early to walk but not getting my butt into bed any earlier. I go to bed around 11:45-12:30 and get up around 6:15.
Water, I'm pretty good...I aim for about 4 bottle waters aday which is equal to 8 cups. I don't drink much else. :)

Well I would like to loss about 60 pounds, I've had a weight problem most of my life and I'm gonna 37 this yr so I gotta do it now before its too late. My biggest problem is that I need somebody to do it with me, somebody to push me along. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated. Take care! :)

Well, my long term goal of 145 I'd like to reach by Christmas...what a great present, hu???? That's where you're at right now!!! LOL Lucky you!!! :)))) I'm supposed to be like in the 100-120 range for my height but I can't even imagine being that small!!! Anything is better than this! I just want to be out of the 200's!!!!! I'm hoping to do that by this time next month. :)))
