I havent found a favorite workout, I am going to try kickboxing agian. I did a lot of that in High school and really liked it.

About Me

I am 24 years old, married with no kids. I am a full time student with one semester to go before I become a Medical Assistant (Can't wait). I also work part time in a nursing home. When I graduated High school my weight was 96 lbs, after high school I went to Cosmetology school and put on a lot of weight (all the donuts before class and eating out all the time didnt help me!) Then I started College and the late night studying and munching put on more weight! Then I got married and everything went down hill from there!!

On my "Journal" see The Four Lessons Of Life. I receive these motivational thoughts occasionally that are pretty cool and worth sharing. It seems that can be applied to many things in life i.e. weight loss. Wishing you success on your WL goals! ~bobi~

Thanks for adding my to your friendship list. If you have a moment take a look at my Journal and see if the Seinfield Chain is something that might be helpful. It is really very easy and if you (like myself) have trouble sticking to a plan or program this technique may work for you. Hope you reach all your goals! ~bobi~
