I am doing okay. The weight is up and down. I got up to 206 and now am back down to 203.7. A little more than two pounds isn't too bad.

Hey. Thanks. I am so excited about moving down a size. I guess really it is just seeing the results of your hard work. How are you doing?

Hey. Way to stay after it. Thanks for the words of encouragement. I am really proud but I have slowed down with my weightloss. I have been really sick with this nasty flu for the last 2 weeks and have not exercised very regularly. I keep getting to the point where I think I am ready and do a run only to feel really sick again the next day. I am trying to keep to my healthy eating though. Have a fantastic week. Lori

Ha ha. ;-) I know that feeling. I reciently went on a cruise and found out that they had a little food bar that was open 24 hours and served chocolate cake, cookies (a different one every day), and pizza. Wow it was soooo hard to stay away from that place! I have been working really hard to work off all of that pizza and cookies. The chocolate cake isn't coming off easily. No more treats for me for a while, (food treats that is.) Say you are getting very close to being under that big 200 mark. Way to work hard. Have a wonderful week.
