Main Goal

Right now my goal is to lose about 100lbs in a heathy way. I have been thin before but only because of an eating disorder...now, i'm really working on trying to stay healthy through out my weight loss. Right now i am struggling, i work out 4-5 times per week and it is really hard for me to not go back to the unhealthy way i lost weight before!

My Name is Lauren and right now my life is pretty good, i just graduated from college in May and have a pretty good job. Singing is my passion and i get to do that a lot and i'm working on losing weight, which seems to be the one thing holding me back from really being happy.

Well thanks for the request! I'm glad to add friends! I think we all need support cause I know just by myself isn't enough, when I see someone lose just those 3 lbs like you did (You go girl!) that gets me motivated! Right now I'm cleaning my butt off. Do not worry about responding..I am here when you need it. It gets crazy all the time here.. Try not to skip dinner..it helps you sleep better, especially when you eat light. Stay strong! I know we can do it! My day is good..I am a bit lazy but plan to beat that today lol

I know what you mean..its really hard not to go to bad habits. But in my mind that is just making us stronger by not doing it, ya know? Its hard but will take time, patience and strength...and we got that!!!

Thanks for adding me.. I too suffered from an eating disorder. I had a rough time getting out of it, and am having a hard time not doing it again..ugh! Be strong! We can do it....
