Hey Lisa, Hope you don't mind, but I gave your name to the Curves lady. They're giving free one month trials to friends and family of current members. She'll be sending you something (not sure what). I like that I'm in and out of there in 45 minutes tops.
Keep bustin!

Lisa,
Don't give up. Rome wasn't built in a day, and we aren't going to lose weight overnight (where's that f... fairy godmother with her magic wand!!!).
Take a week and keep track of what your eating. That may show you where you can make some small changes in your eating plan. And remember, you dont have to do a half hour of exercise all in one go. 10 minutes in the morning, 10 at lunch and ten in the evening and you're done. Don't lose faith in yourself. We can do this one half pound at a time if need be.

Hi Lisa
Just keep on track and continue to move ahead, remember it has to be a lifestyle change and not just a diet so there are times when you will gain, don't beat yourself up just get back on track.

Hi Lisa,
I seem to take up half the space on that picture!!!!!
That's ok though, just one more reality check that this will not be a quick fix (but how great it would be to wave a majic wand and have it all disappear) :)

Lisa, don't get upset about the results just keep doing the stairs and eating well, remember it is a lifestyle change! If you continue to take the weight off slowly and keep it off that is all that truly matters - a life to a new and healthier you!
