About Me

My name is Joy and I am very unhappy w/ my weight. My weight to some people may not sound a lot. It's actually fine for someone who is 5"3 and taller, but when you are only 4"11, it is very unhealthy (and unattractive, too). My self esteem is so low that I no longer enjoy going out w/ friends.

Good. You're serious. I'm serious too! I've been on the Atkins this week and next week I'm setting up a date w/ Billy Blanks to double time my ass! I'm thinking about Yoga or Pilates. Something to switch up my workout regimen. Are you exercising?
