Miss Patti, I think you are doing great. You have a great attitude, and you're still allowing yourself to live life. It's all about how much you want it, how much you are willing to commit to it, and the support system you have. I know you can do this. Just take it one day at a time and know you have us here for those days you feel the "urge." XOXO

Okay hottie, what's the scoop? I didn't hear from you last night, but since I got an email saying you went 3 days strong, I'm feeling like you stayed true to this program. I know you can do this, I know you have it in you. Let me know what you did yesterday. And BTW - I am SUPER proud of you!

You did AWESOME yesterday Patti! Remember...it was day one, your first day back. Give yourself credit for a job well done. Overall, you probably cut calories from your usual day, so that's a HUGE plus.

When you are hungry today, take a drink of water, or snack on some fruit or veggies. It will get easier. I always say the first month is the hardest, so don't bash yourself for any little slip-ups! Good Luck today!
