I am a school counselor for grades 3-5. I love working with kids so much and I love my job! Alittle bit more about me personally...well lets see. I love to be organized and have a place for everything. I can not live without my planner! I am a list maker and a neat freak (I even iron my jeans, yeah I know). I love to laugh. Wow! You are getting soooo close to your goal! You are looking fantastic. Congratulations. I have been doing pretty well. The last few days I am feeling lazy and longing for those bad foods. I let myself have limited chocolate and I think it only made things worse. My leg has been sore so I have rested it for a few days but today I am getting back to my routine. I am now thinking that I have just lost some focus. Getting back into a regular routine will help for sure. Congrats on the weight loss. You look like you are due to lose any day again too. Hey how is it going? Looks like you have been working hard. Hope things are going better on a personal level for you. Have you had spring break yet? I am enjoying a few days at the beach. Today I took my run on the beach with my dog but it was a hard run due to the fierce wind. The wind also made my dog kind of crazy too. Have a great week.

Can't find the "No Pudge" Brownies at my stores here in Oregon but will continue to look. I did find some low fat recpies that use applesauce and such. I do have a favorite brand with extra chocolate that I just love with extra nuts. I see that I did not lose as much this week but I am down one so a brownie treat on a special occasion is OK. Just not an entire pan or on a regular daily basis.

Hey. How have you been? I just read online that a good way to get off a plateau is to eat light calories for three days and up the calories 400 on the fourth day. I have been trying this along with some extra walking with my dog. I got a nasty cold two days ago and have not exercised the last couple of days. Had a bad day yesterday and just had to have a brownie. So I made a batch and froze the rest into small portions. Keep on trying. You are getting closer and closer to your target!

I was a volunteer for the local K-5 school just last week, and I have to hand it to you...I just don't know how you do it! I could never work with any grade below six, they go crazy! Then again I think I lost about 10 pounds stressing over how to keep track of thirty screaming fourth graders.
All that being said, are you going to update your chart, or am I going to have to write you up, young lady?
