Main Goal

I would like to lose 40lbs to make it to 160. I need lots of motivation. I have not been doing so well. I want to look good in my clothes and feel good about my own image. My goals are to stop eating out and to go to the gym at least 3-4 times per week.

About Me

I weighed 235lbs in high school. I went to college and broke up with my bf of 3 years, and joined a gym with a friend. I lost 60 pounds getting down to 175, my lowest in a long time. I have since then gained 25lbs with my new stressful job that is 35 mins from home.
