Hey I hope all is going well, just curious if you have never tasted flavored water you should.. Seriously it's making getting that water in easier and some reminds me of soda.. kinda like a squirt or something.. Just a suggestion..

So how'd your weekend go? I have to admit I had a couple of pieces of candy yesterday.. What can I say it's the new cherry cordials hershey kisses.. Dang it.. But back on track today, I even made a soup from an Alli website. Cool stuff..
Ok so soda is your down fall huh.. do you like diet? I personally am not a big fan.. Well an idea could be to give your self so much of it a day and then thats your limit, you may have to rashin it but you'll still be getting it while doing it in moderation. maybe buy a 12oz bottle so you can pour some and put some away for later. then when your out of soda its water time. Or maybe for every glass of soday you have to finish a glass of water before you can have more soda.. Just a few thoughts..Keep up the good work, your doing awesome!!

I think the last time I felt sexy was on my honeymoon. Today wasn't my best day. I can't seem to stay away from soda. My family does a lot of fast food too! I need to stop that. I think the key is to plan ahead!!! How did you guys do?

Um ok so last night I went to my mom's house and ate dinner and then my brother came over with... dun dun duh... PIZZA..EEEK ok so I had one piece, but thats better then normal.. I used to be 3 or 4 on top of dinner.. Good job for you for recognizing your accomplishments, that sometimes is hard stuff..Keep up the good work..
