I have done the no-carb diet, and that is about it. I lost over 87 lbs. to come into the Air Force, and used to be in the Marines. Running is my hobby, and I can still run 4-5 miles easily, but now the knees are affected more.

About Me

I am an Air Force Recruiter, and this job really can get so busy that fitness is a challenge. I am currently in relatively good shape, but need to lose some weight for the ole uniform to feel better and look better. I am married and have 3 kids. Their ages range from 4 all the way down to 6 months old.
